How We Review: The JILIGAMES Method, Mask Off

Mask off on our own process. This is the method behind every sentence we write about an operator: seven checks, all of them public, plus the things we refuse to claim because no outside guide can know them. Repeat it yourself and tell us where we are wrong.

The seven checks

CriterionThe questionWhy it is on the list
Licence disclosureDoes the operator name the licensed company and a licence identity itself?Without a name there is nothing to match against a register
Payment railsWhich rails are named, and are limits or timings written down anywhere?Unwritten limits become disputes at withdrawal
Terms clarityCan wagering, expiry and max-win clauses be reached from the offer and understood? This is where a bonus stops being free
KYC rulesWhich documents, at which stage, and is name matching stated?Name mismatch is the top cause of a pending payout
Complaint routeIs there a named internal escalation and an external channel?A dispute with no route is not a dispute
Responsible-gaming toolsDo limits, reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion exist and work? They are only useful if they predate the problem
Support channelsWhat exists, which hours, and do you get a written record?Chat without a ticket reference leaves no evidence

Where an app is distributed we add an eighth look at the hosting domain and the install screen. A build requesting overlay or accessibility access ends the description on the spot.

Disclosure over anecdote

Each check asks what the operator has committed to writing in a place a reader can see before depositing. That is the whole design. A written limit can be held against an operator; a stranger's story about a fast payout cannot be held against anybody. The method therefore rewards operators who publish inconvenient detail and penalises those who publish only artwork, which is the opposite of how most casino content works.

What we do not publish

  • Scores, stars, ratings and rankings. None of them exist here, and there is no best list.
  • Payout times of our own invention. Timing is set by the operator — check its cashier page.
  • Bonus amounts, fees, minimums or licence numbers the operator has not published itself.
  • We tested it stories, undercover accounts or stopwatch payout trials.
  • Named reviewers, because a fabricated persona would undo the rest of this page.
  • Guarantees, systems, predictions or any claim about what a session will do.

The honest limits

We cannot tell you how fast your withdrawal will arrive, because it depends on your rail, your verification state and the operator's queue. We cannot confirm a licence is in good standing at the moment you read, because registers change and the regulator's own list is the live record. We cannot see inside your account. We cannot promise promotional terms are unchanged since publication, because operators edit them silently. We cannot judge an individual complaint from one side of it. Where a page meets one of these limits, it says so.

Which facts we will state

Properties of the payment rails themselves are fair game, because they are public and they belong to the rail rather than to any operator: InstaPay moves in real time and has a per-transaction cap, and PESONet settles in batches on banking days instead of instantly. Anything operator-specific — a minimum, a fee, a processing window, a wagering multiple — gets the same sentence every time: it is set by the operator, so check its cashier page.

Some outbound links may be partner links, meaning a commission is possible if a reader opens an account, and that is disclosed because it funds the site. It reaches none of the writing: no line is added, softened, removed or reordered for money, and with nothing ranked there is no position for sale. A failed check is published as a failed check, relationship or not.

Corrections and dates

Each page carries a published and a modified date, and the modified date moves only when the words do — not on a schedule, and not to look fresh. We return to a page when an operator changes what we described, when a rail changes, when the regulator publishes something relevant, or when a reader proves us wrong, and we correct in place.

What this site is

JILIGAMES is an independent guide written for readers in the Philippines. It is not a casino: no deposits are taken here, no funds are held and no games are run. Mask off — this is an information site, and everything on it can be checked against the operator's own pages. Play is for adults aged 21 and over.

We are not a regulator, an adjudicator or a recovery service. For a live money problem, the operator's own written support is the first step and the regulator's published player-concerns channel is the escalation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you not rate operators out of ten?

Because the number would hide the only useful information — which clause, which unwritten limit or which missing complaint route is the actual risk — and it would create something an operator could try to buy. We publish what is disclosed against seven checks and name every gap.

Are your outbound links paid?

Some may earn a commission if a reader opens an account, and we say so. It changes no wording: nothing is added, softened or reordered because of it, and since nothing on the site is ranked, there is no placement available to sell.

Have you personally cashed out from these operators?

No, and we make no such claim. Payout timing depends on your rail and your verification state and is set by the operator, so we send readers to its cashier page instead of publishing a figure we would have to invent.

Could I run this method myself?

Yes, in an evening, without depositing. The licence disclosure, the cashier page, the bonus terms, the verification page, the complaint route, the responsible-gaming controls and the support channels are all on the public side of a site. That is why they were chosen.

What ends a description entirely?

A licence claim that cannot be matched to the regulator's register, bonus terms unreachable from the offer, no written complaint route, or an app requesting overlay or accessibility permissions. Any single one is enough.

Why are the pages unsigned?

Because an invented expert with a headshot is exactly the thing this method is meant to replace. The work is editorial, and the seven checks are the accountability we offer in place of a byline.
